Associate Attorney

MDP is currently seeking an associate attorney dedicated to practicing immigration law. MDP is a steadily growing boutique law firm that only handles family-based and removal based immigration cases at this time. Prior immigration law experience is not required but it is preferred.

The associate attorney must be fluent in Spanish, ambitious and meticulous. The responsibilities of the associate attorney will be diverse and will include, but will not be limited to, drafting family based petitions and handling cases from initial filing with USCIS all the way through to National Visa Center and drafting I-601 waivers of inadmissibility, conducting jail visits to clients, representing clients before the Immigration Court, and researching legal questions under the immigration laws.
